FAQ

What do I need to bring and wear?
We provide mats but you are welcome to bring your own.
There is filtered water at the studio.
All classes are barefoot.

Will I be penalized for cancelling my reformer class?
If you cancel your reservation within 6 hours of the assigned class, it is considered a "late cancel" and you will be charged for the class. If you cancel outside of the 6 hour period, you will not be charged and that class will be returned to your account for future use.

Can I drop in for class, or is pre-registration required?
While walk-ins are welcome, we cannot guarantee you a place in class without pre-registration, as our classes have the tendency to fill up early. We strongly suggest that you pre-register and pay online in order to reserve your spot. Remember to arrive early for class even if you have signed up, as we begin to let in clients on the waitlist 5 minutes before class.

How do I know if I've been moved off of the wait list?
If you are moved off the wait list and into class, you will receive notification by an email.

Can I participate in class if I am pregnant?
Yes you can. At all stages of pregnancy, we suggest listening to your body, take cues from within and moderate as needed during class.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can talk to your instructor about any appropriate modifications you may need.

Should I arrive early?
Yes, we suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to set up for class.

Do I need to be in shape?  What about injuries?
MISFITMETHOD is a vigorous workout. All fitness levels are welcome and you can go at your own pace. Pilates, Fusion and Reformer classes make the most of a one hour timeframe, what we suggest is a private intro session if you are brand new to our philosophy.
Modifications to accommodate injuries can be discussed before beginning class.
Always consult with your family physician before beginning any new exercise program.
When does my pass expire??
5 and 10 class packs are good for 1 year from the date of purchase.
