Movement is our life force.  
We believe in multi-disciplinary movement and education.  
Other forms of pilates, yoga, dance and physical expression allows us to include variety both for our students and teachers.  

NEW MOON CIRCLE: HAND DRUM SONG, PRAYER AND MOVEMENT IN SOLIDARITY WITH WET'SUWET'EN – SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23RD @ 1PM

Join Renelyn Quinicot and Anishinaabekwe healer and song keeper, Kateri Gauthier in a New Moon Circle combining the holistic tools of Kundalini Yoga, the MISFIT Method, and Indigenous hand drum song. We will gather to offer healing and prayer to all beings at Unist'ot'en Camp currently defending the land and waters from non-consensual construction of the Coastal GasLink pipeline on Wet’suwet’en traditional territory.

In 4 weeks, better understand the Reformer, become more comfortable using the machine and understand how to build strength and stamina for your entire self. Learn optimal alignment and form to make the most of this progressive experience!

BE AUTHENTIC REFORMER: A 4 WEEK DIVE INTO REFORMER PILATES WITH RACHEL MCLEAN – MARCH 10,17,24,31 7AM 

This 4-week workshop will introduce the authentic reformer sequence & transitions as taught by Pilates elder Romana Kryzanowska. Over the weeks, we will build on pace and endurance, working toward the FLOW that is intended in this vigorous methodology. Tap into your POWERHOUSE!

BE AUTHENTIC MAT 1: A 4 WEEK DIVE INTO CLASSICAL MAT PILATES WITH RACHEL MCLEAN – MARCH 17,24,31, APRIL 7 9AM 

This workshop series will introduce the authentic method to practitioners, including what the INTENTION is behind each movement and the sequencing. Over the weeks, we will build on pace and endurance, working toward the FLOW that is intended in this vigorous methodology.

BE AUTHENTIC MAT 2: A 4 WEEK DIVE INTO CLASSICAL MAT PILATES WITH RACHEL MCLEAN – MARCH 14,21,28, APRIL 4 8AM 

This 4-week workshop will emphasize pacing & endurance, flowing through the authentic Pilates mat sequence & transitions as taught by Pilates elder Romana Kryzanowska. Be Authentic Mat 1 is required.
