Dance, combine all movement up to this point with the addition of Music, Rhythm and Sequencing.
Dissect more core work variations, understand fully how to constantly use abdominal FIRE throughout.
Learn the elements of flowing through movements and combining them in flow.
Digest the dancing warriors (standing & single legged) section, wide leg forward fold sequencing and standing squat cardiovascular series Learning the importance of lifting and lowering the Heart Rate.
Diving into the freedom of dance, encouraging everyone to throw on music and let go!
Prepare a personalized movement sequence incorporating Rhythm and Musicality
Forming a Playlist.
This final exam will be them teaching a personally created movement sequence set to music the goal being you learn to teach and move from your heart & soul -- to dance it out!
Must attend 10 Get Hot/ Get Physical/ Get Sweaty classes
