Having spent most of her life as a dancer, Jaclyn has been exposed to many different kinds of movement. She found yoga in 2007 during a stressful university semester lacking creativity, movement and passion. Developing a steady practice brought balance into her life and sparked confidence and a deeper connection to herself. In 2011 she became a certified Power Yoga Instructor and has been teaching ever since. She continues with various training in different styles of yoga and movement to explore the subtleties of the mind-body connection. Jaclyn is inspired by the teachings of Michael Stone, Baron Baptiste and the bodyART community. Her bodyART class fuses her love of yoga, pilates and dance into one powerful and complete movement experience.
