As a recent 200-hour yoga teacher training graduate and Reiki level 2 practitioner, Caitlin Ryan has spent a lot of time focusing on her studies on meditation and inward observation. She has a true belief that, through this mindfulness, we can begin to learn more about ourselves and the patterning that can that can be disruptive to our daily lives.  

When we begin to tune into our breath, and the internal dialogue, we can start to shift our thought patterns from negative to positive. Through energy work (Reiki) and meditation, Caitlin's goal is to help guide you on a personal journey that allows you to unstick the stuck, and move with more freedom.

Reiki is a holistic, light touch, energy-based modality that assists in establishing a normal flow of energy in the body, enhancing the body's innate healing ability. You have the ability to connect to your own healing energy! In a peaceful environment, Caitlin uses use sound, scent, and light touch (or hands above the body) in order to create deep relaxation, allowing the body to release stress and tension.

She is looking forward to being able to hold the space for you to experience a deep connection with yourself and those around you.
