Brie has always been fascinated by the world of dance, fitness & movement. She discovered Pilates in 2011 and immediately noticed the difference it made in her own body: better posture, increased flexibility & a greater mind body connection. In January 2015 she decided to dive a little deeper by enrolling in the Mat Teacher Training certification at Body Harmonics. Teaching Pilates was a natural choice. 

Brie believes movement should not be taken for granted. She uses Pilates to bring focus & intention back into the body. Her classes are centred on mobility, strengthening & building healthy systems. She wants students to leave feeling strong, balanced, relaxed & WORKED. Brie is a compassionate teacher but loves surprising students with challenging sequences.

Brie is excited to continue her body-work education, starting with Reformer training at Body Harmonics spring 2016.
