We'll be working with Tonya of The Well Woman to bring you weekly guidance on reseting and nourishing for the summer season. 

Tonya Papanikolov (B.Sc., CNP) is a Holistic Nutritionist, speaker and functional foods recipe developer currently based in Toronto. She is the creative force behind The Well Woman, a community and education platform inspiring the power of plant food to nourish and elevate mind, body and spirit. Tonya educates on holistic wellness and using food as medicine through one-on-one consultations, workshops, seminars, retreats and community-based culinary experiences. Note that the 21 days of movement can include mat classes AND Reformer classes, however you will need to purchase the Reformer classes in addition to the unlimited 30 day class mat package.
