Tell us your love story with MISFIT
I experienced the MISFITMETHOD for the first time in Trinity Bellwoods Park and Amber was teaching a class there barefoot in the grass – I remember feeling the Warrior Woman she was for the first time.
What is it about teaching that lights you up?
It is the idea that we are part of something bigger than ourselves and as a collective we are simply trying to experience our way through life. It is a beautiful reminder that although I am the teacher I am simply there to experience and elevate in the same respect to the student.
If your best friend were to describe you in three words, what would those words be?
Clumsy, Loving, Easy

Where can we find you on a Sunday afternoon in the city?
Sunday usually calls me towards any element either it be swimming to be submerged in water, taking a walk through high park or making a fire in my fireplace.
If you could go back in time and live in any era, what would it be and why?
I experience the past and the future in me as the present.

Who is a Woman Warrior that inspires you?
My many soul sisters including my pilates sisters.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
I would love a superpower to be able to make the physical body vanish visually in and out to reveal our energetic beings (similar to those aura capturing systems but next level) so we can fully experience my energetic being.
Favourite words to live by?
Currently I love ….”This is a new day”.
How do you like to start and end your day? Any go-to rituals?
Start by listening to Abraham Hicks, visualization meditation and music to inject fun….end the day cuddling and a chakra clearing meditation.

MISFIT means to me breaking through all the conditioned patterns and beliefs and return to that little MISFIT that is out to have the most fun and best experience in this lifetime!
